EU Delivery Options & Charges



We provide Free Standard Delivery to all destinations within the EU.



Orders are processed through our Distribution Centre in Poland.



For orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) from Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch them the same day. Please note that during peak times or holiday seasons, additional processing time may be required, and it may take 2-3 business days to prepare your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number for easy order tracking.



All shipments are handled via UPS Express.



Tracking Your Order



After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.



Returns Policy



If you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.



To ensure a successful return, items must remain new, unused, unopened, and retain all original security seals. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
